Bah Humbug!
So that festive season is upon us once again. Things have been quiet in our camp of late. We're still waiting to get back a finished mix of the tracks we recorded the other month for the BWP split. We were meant to be going to Europe in spring time with World Gone Mad but for unknown reasons they've pulled out, so in all likely hood we are going to take the time to concentrate on writing the ep that will be coming out on Holy Roar. We've written about 4 songs out of the probable 7 or so that will be on it.
From all of us have a great holiday season and listen to Suicidal Tendencies

Cow Bummers
We just got back from laying down the 2 tracks from the split 7" with our brothers in Brutality Will Prevail. We couldnt be happier with the recordings and cant wait for y'all to hear them. Heres a video clip from Sinas guitar tracking from "The King of Adders is Black" and a few pictures just to show you how much hard work this weekened was. MASSIVE thank yous to Nick at Terra Firma studios and Brutality Will Prevail.

Ass Masters
We just got back from playing the Halloween all nighter with Cancer Bats, Blackstorm and Coins. To say we felt a little overwhelmed would be an understatement as although we werent headlining we played after Cancer Bats, so we really didnt think anybody would give a damn. WRONG. After a bit of a headache sorting equipment things couldnt have gone better. People really seemed to be into it (although we expect this is partly due to the fact we played at 2am when everyone had had a few drinks). We'd just like to say a BIG thank you to Amy, Cancer Bats and Blackstorm for helping us out. If you havent heard Blackstorm yet, go check them out. They will melt your face right off.
We go into the studio this coming weekend in Wales to record the 2 new tracks for the split 7" with Brutality Will Prevail. Be prepared.

Abolition Split
Down With Tha Sickness
Running Riot fest was an absolute blast. We cant thank May enough for all her hard work putting this on and dealing with all the crap that goes along with putting on a million bands. We played the 2 new tracks that will be on the BWP split and people seemed to dig 'em (so we know we're doing something right!). We made a lot of new friends and generally had a great time. Big shout outs especially to Chris Colohan and Burning Love, Iron Clad, Cold Snap and everyone that came up to us and told us how much they enjoyed the set.
We are playing Birmingham tonight (26/10/2009) again with the incredible Burning Love and playing what looks set to be a sold out Halloween special at Rock City in Nottingham with Cancer Bats this coming Saturday (31st).

New
So, its about time we started keeping people up to date on all our on goings seeing as though we've become rather busy of late.
The first big news is that we've agreed to work with the brilliant Holy Roar records for an ep that we hope to have done by February/March time. We are really excited about this as Alex and Ellen have been friends of ours for a while and have put out some great records by bands such as Maths, Throats, Trash Talk, etc.
We are headed off to the studio next week to record a cover for the Holy Roar Christmas compilation tape. We're not going to say just yet what song we are doing but rest assured you are going to love it!
November 7th we are going into the studio in Wales to record our 2 songs for the split 7" with Brutality Will Prevail. These 2 songs are a bit more indicative of the direction we are going in at the moment - ie ALOT heavier! We are really, really excited to lay these tracks down. The split will hopefully be out at the end of this year/start of next year and will have artwork by our good friend and renowned artist and tattoist Thomas Hooper.
The track Raw Sorcery from the ep is on this months (November) Metal Hammer cover cd. Make sure you go buy that shit (or steal it, borrow it, whatever).
We were also played on the Radio 1 Rock Show this week. Dan played Failed Harvest straight after Black Sabbath. We cant even begin to tell you how happy this has made us. You can listen to it here (we are 1.23 in): Radio 1 Rock Show
We are playing a few shows between now and the end of the year, so do your best to come and see us and headbang at one of the following places:

30 Oct 2009 Subclub at UBSU, Luton
